Only three of us made it, not surprising as there was a drizzly fog. However as we put in the rain stopped and we had a short paddle down Loch Oich to the Laggan Canal reach.
The original plan was to kayak from Forsay but we went for the calmer option of Alisary. (Also note parking is now more limited at Forsay since the roadside opposite the laybay has grown a ditch and bund so parking both sides of the road is no longer possible.) No problem with parking at Alisary …
